1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Fliv5 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account under any of the circumstances listed below. You will be notified of such a decision via email or Live Chat.

• Breaching the terms and conditions.
• Failing identity verification or providing false information.
• Engaging in any prohibited activities.
• You have submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Following account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless the closure was due to fraud or a breach of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

Fliv5 is committed to providing uninterrupted service to the best of its ability. However, there are limits to fliv5's liability in certain situations.

• Technical Disruptions: fliv5 is not liable for service disruptions caused by server issues or internet outages.
• Third party: fliv5 is not directly liable for delays caused by payment gateways or third-party services.
• Personal Liability: fliv5 is not liable for any personal financial losses incurred as a result of gaming.
• Force Majeure: fliv5 is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or any other force majeure circumstances.
